Kristin came to Wichita for a teaching job, fell in love with a guy, and the rest is, as they say, history. The better half of Ten Works, Kristin is the steel support beam holding up this big dream.

TYPICAL DAY > Keeping my husband fed and clothed for each new day. Letting him know we are willing to take big risks with him…that was an *acquired* skill.
THREE TRAITS > Pragmatic, loving, people-person
HAPPY PLACE > At home making breakfast burritos and a slow cup of hot coffee, talking to my husband about work projects, ideas, and dreams.
DRINK ORDER > It would have to be at the Belmont, and it would be one of their sweeter seasonal cocktails. Never disappoints!
HIDDEN TALENTS > I love to cook, I work out 4 days a week at 5 am (and it’s the best thing for my body and mind that I never wanted to do), and I sang opera in college. Now that’s used for renditions of “5 little ducks” at bedtime but the chorus of backup singers now is the best I’ve ever had.
