An inspired vision.

The idea for Ten works was born in an old fire station. Working with the existing structure to create livable space for his growing family, our founder Nick uncovered a true love of craftsmanship.

After completing their first big job for a local restaurant, he and his wife Kristin realized the true power of this craft: connection. To work alongside the visionaries who dream up our favorite spaces, manifesting their on-paper ideas into livable environments – the places where we connect with each other.

Now, with a growing team and a workshop 10x the size of that old fire station, Ten Works is poised to bring shape to all of your wild ideas. To create one-of-a-kind elements that spark the connection of everyday life.

Our story is your story, let’s build something together.

Driven by our values.

  • Impossible idea? We have a team for that. Working together is the special sauce of every project we take on. There’s nothing this group can’t think/build/design their way out of. We’ve joked about building a rocket.

  • Expert-level skills come together with wildly creative minds at Ten Works. We approach complexity with an inventive mindset and a tireless drive to get it right. We cut no corners, and even follow up on projects after install to make sure all is well. Thorough is an understatement.

  • Our team is young and hungry, and with a state-of-the-art shop, we are at the cutting edge of technology. Combining tried-and-true craftsmanship with a spirit of innovation, we keep the ideas fresh and the results on point.

  • The soul of our shop is our team. We care about each other, whether it’s sharing weekend news over lunch, asking after each other’s families, or simply supporting each other in the daily grind.

Through our summer internship program, we extend this sense of community to our city and beyond, as we work to educate future craftsmen, designers, and creatives.
